Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain
An extremely thorough examination of the introvert/extrovert divide, especially in relation to our pro-extrovert culture. Cain gives a lot of comfort to introverts, pointing out their valuable assets in some surprising roles; for instance, as leaders.
My only complaint (as a self-identified introvert) is that the book seemed a little too quiet, a little plodding in parts. But definitely worthwhile, for both the ins who want to feel better about themselves and the exes who want to understand them.
